With your design agreed upon, we take care of all the contract documents, secure all the required permits and submit your plans to your local authority for approval. This allows you to focus on family life rather than the paperwork.

Our design team works closely with you, taking time to explain all the elements you need to consider, from all the interior colour selections right down to the finishes.

Construction is often the most exciting aspect of home building. You’ll have direct access to us throughout the process and we’ll keep you up to date on progress at each step of the way so there are no surprises. After you have taken possession, we provide 2/5/10 Year Home Quality Assurance to ensure your complete satisfaction.
